effectiveLevel method

String effectiveLevel(

  2. String threadId
)

The effective level (all, mentions or mute) of userId for threadId (13 3.1): the first existing value of the own preference for the thread, the channel and the space, the channel's default_notification_level, all in a DM channel, the setting notify.default_level and userDefaultLevel. A selected preference with muted_until after now gives mute.
