The answers of the statistics operations (M6-06) by operation ID (getUsageStats,
getRunStats, getToolCallStats, getErrorStats, getCostStats): the buckets and,
for costs, the currency; an operation without an entry answers no buckets. The fake does
not compute statistics; tests set the numbers a scope answers.
The views of M6-16 add getStatsLive, getStatsTimeline, getStatsSlo and
getStatsBackends: the whole body (for example a fixture of bothy_viz); without an
entry they answer an empty body. getStatsLive gets the scope of the request.
