Holds the components of one message against the limits.
Parameters
- list: readonly {}[]
  The components of one message.
- settings: SdkSettings = DEFAULTS
  Source of component.max_per_message and component.custom_id_max_chars.
Returns void
Throws
RangeError for more than component.max_per_message components, a repeated custom ID, or a custom ID outside its rules.
